How do I place an order?

Simply click on “Shop” to browse our products. Select the quantity you want and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout steps to complete your order. Once your order is confirmed and purchased, we’ll contact you via email within 24 hours to arrange a convenient pick-up time.

How do I pick up my order?

Once your order is confirmed and purchased, we’ll contact you via email within 24 hours to arrange a convenient pick-up time from our home kitchen in Sioux Falls, SD. The exact address will be provided in the email. Please be on time, as pick-up windows are limited. If you need to adjust your time, just let us know in advance!

Once an order leaves my possession, Sweet Stix By Kaitlyn is not responsible for any damage during transport, storage, or handling.

Do you offer delivery? If so, what areas do you cover?

We offer free local delivery within Sioux Falls, SD, for custom or bulk orders only of 3 dozen or more. Deliveries outside of Sioux Falls are available and may include an additional fee based on the delivery location.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! Please fill out the custom order form on our website to submit your design inquiry.

How far in advance should I place my custom order?

All available dates are first come, first served. We recommend placing your custom or bulk orders as early as possible, as our calendar tends to fill up quickly. Your order is not confirmed until the 50% non refundable deposit has been received. All future orders will be freshly prepared, and we’ll reach out to coordinate a convenient pick-up time with you.

Do you offer bulk orders for events or parties?

Absolutely! We’re happy to create large custom orders for events, parties, and corporate gatherings. To ensure availability, please contact us in advance—our calendar fills up quickly, and we want to make sure we can reserve production time for your special occasion.

Refund & Deposit Policy

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it online?

We can cancel your order that was submitted via our website if needed. However, once your order is placed, we cannot modify any details. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Is a deposit required to secure my custom order?

A deposit is only required for custom/bulk orders of 3 dozen or more. These orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before pick-up. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Is my deposit refundable for my custom order?

No, due to these orders being custom made for you or your event, deposits are non refundable.

In the rare event that Sweet Stix by Kaitlyn must cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

How do I care for my cakesicles?

Each cakesicle order comes with a cakesicle care card with detailed instructions on how to properly store and serve.

How do your products come packaged?

Our products (excluding strawberries) are laid out in a charming windowed pastry box, with each one individually wrapped and tied up with a cute little twist—perfect for gifting or treating yourself!

Do you cater to intolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately, i’m unable to accommodate specific food allergies. all items are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so treats may contain traces of these allergens.
